Walt's is THE seafood restaurant/fish monger of Sarasota. They've been around forever, I believe three generations. They're known for the gratis smoked mullet spread, that should have an addiction warning on it (yes, you can buy it in bulk to-go). When they have it, the lionfish bites are amazing, but the shark bites are an excellent fallback. Everything is fresh, so you won't be disappointed.
